Milano, 3 luglio 2013 – In merito ad alcune agenzie di stampa pubblicate in data 2 luglio e in ottemperanza alla richiesta da parte di Consob, Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. precisa che i dati prospettici al 2015 relativi a Ricavi, EBITDA e PFN, contenuti nella “Presentazione agli Investitori” resa disponibile al pubblico ieri 2 luglio 2013 (http://www.mairetecnimont.com/it/investitori/presentazioni), erano già stati resi noti al mercato lo scorso 10 maggio con la pubblicazione della “Presentazione agli Investitori” sul sito internet della Società e il 28 giugno con la pubblicazione del Prospetto Informativo (capitolo 13) relativo all’operazione di Aumento di capitale sociale in opzione agli azionisti, attualmente in corso.

La Presentazione pubblicata in data 2 luglio 2013 contiene, rispetto alla presentazione pubblicata il 10 maggio 2013, un aggiornamento sul Piano di dismissioni, cosi come reso noto al mercato in data 17 giugno 2013, e sulla struttura dell’Aumento di capitale, così come comunicato al mercato in data 27 giugno 2013.
