Information and consent to the processing of voluntarily provided personal data
To have access to the mailing list it is necessary to acquire some data from the subscriber. The processing of data is performed through automated tools (eg. using electronic procedures and media) and / or manually (eg. on paper) for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected and in compliance with the current regulations.

Optional provision of data
Users are free to provide their personal data. Their failure to provide data and the refusal to receive advertising material may entail the impossibility to receive communications and information, including that of an advertising nature, relating to Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. and its associated companies, as well as its activities and services.

INFORMATION EX ART. 13 D.LGS. 196/2003
The data collected through insertion in the registration forms or in the contact forms will be treated in compliance with Legislative Decree 196/2003. In accordance with Article 13 of the Decree, it is hereby stated that:

a) Personal data will be used to manage the mailing list, and in particular, to provide communications and information, including advertising information, regarding Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. and its related companies, its activities and services, and will be processed by automated means or otherwise; it may be used anonymously to carry out statistical analyses;

b) The provision of data is mandatory;

c) Refusal to provide such data will make it impossible to provide communications and information, including advertising information regarding Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. and its associated companies, its activities and services;

d) the provided data will not be disclosed to third parties other than the owner. The subscriber enjoys the rights referred to in art. 7 D.Lgs. 196/2003 (shown below).

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2. The interested party has the right to be informed: a) of the origin of the personal data; b) of the purposes and methods of processing; c) of the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the help of electronic instruments; d) of the identification data concerning the data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per article 5, paragraph 2; e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated, or who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State's territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain: a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data; b) erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
4. The interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part: a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. "With the insertion of the requested data and the completion of the sending procedure, the so-called "consent" is granted so that the collected data may be processed. The subscriber will, in any case, enjoy the rights provided for in the aforementioned art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, including the right of cancellation according to what is indicated above with a request sent to the data controller.

Intellectual and industrial property rights
All the communications and information contents including those of an advertising nature relating to Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. and associated companies, its activities and services are exclusive content property and protected by copyright. The copyright and the responsibility of the authored texts are completely accepted by the respective authors. Published texts cannot be distributed. All images that may be portrayed are protected by copyright and have been created by or for Maire Tecnimont S.p.A., owner, and reserver of all rights. These images may not be reproduced, saved, transmitted or otherwise used in any form or by any means or manner, without the prior written permission of Maire Tecnimont S.p.A.

Use of information
The information contained in contents and communications, including those of advertising nature or relating to Maire Tecnimont S.p.A., the associated companies, its activities and services are free of charge. It is prohibited for users to include it in any form of exploitation for commercial purposes (including any form of reproduction, modification, duplication, copying, distribution or sale).
