Policy

The guiding principles of the commitment of the Group to enhance sustainable development - in terms of economic, social and environmental responsibility - and to continually improve our sustainability performance, are presented in the Group Policies and in the Code of Ethics. These documents incorporate the ethical principles and values on which our identity and culture are based. They guide the conduct of all those who, in carrying out their business and activities, operate on behalf of the Group or maintain relationships with it.

this policy lays out the principles that the Group is committed to in terms of promoting a culture of sustainability through the development and implementation of various activities and initiatives which aim to protect human rights, ensure the correct selection, management, development and training, wellbeing of its People, guarantee the respect of the environment as well as encourage sustainable development with regard to our stakeholders and in the communities where we operate.

Human Rights Policy:

this policy lays out the principles that the Group is committed to, with regard to its People and its external stakeholders (i.e. business partners and other relevant parties), in terms of supporting, respecting and safeguarding internationally recognized human rights standards within its own activities, in order to ensure the integrity of its business relationships and fair collaboration with the communities in which it operates.

this policy lays out the principles that the Group is committed to in terms of developing the Group’s human capital and in promoting and protecting, alongside professional growth, the health and wellbeing of its People, as well as that of the local communities in which it operates.

Quality Policy:

this policy lays out the principles that the Group is committed to in terms of respect and ensuring the application and improvement of the system in place for Quality management in all phases of the processes, with the aim of meeting or exceeding customers’ needs and expectations while creating sustainable value for all the stakeholders.

Supply Chain Policy:

this policy lays out the principles that the Group is committed to in selecting suppliers and contractors based on criteria not solely financial. The Group carefully evaluates, without discrimination or prejudice, characteristics such as technical and organizational ability, financial solidity and the suitability to carry out the required activities, by respecting national and international legal standards relating to the protection of health, safety and environment, human rights and labour practices.

Health and Safety Policy:

this policy lays out the principles that the Group is committed to in terms of providing workplaces in compliance with applicable legal requirements and the highest Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) international standards and recognized best practices, focusing on environmental protection, health and safety of employees during all activities, achieving outstanding sustainable results through good management practices and best available techniques, and promoting “Work Safely”.
