Milan, 14 April 2023 – Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. (“MAIRE”) - partially amending the 2023 Events Calendar already communicated to the public on 09 January 2023 - announces that the Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the Interim Financial Report as at 31 March 2023 will be held on 03 May 2023, instead of 27 April 2023, due to organizational reasons.

A conference call and webcast with the financial community will take place following the Board of Directors; details will be communicated in due course.
