Milan, 24 April 2015 – Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. announces that the Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the Interim Financial Report as at March 31, 2015 will be held on May 7, 2015, instead of May 13, 2015, as previously communicated in the calendar of corporate events for the year 2015.
