Milan, 23 April 2014 – Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. announces that the Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the First Quarter Report as at March 31, 2014 will be held on May 14, 2014, instead of May 7, 2014, and the Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the Third Quarter Report as at September 30, 2014 will be held on November 12, 2014, instead of November 6, 2014, as previously communicated in the calendar of corporate events for the year 2014.
