Milan, 19 February 2014 – Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. informs that Mrs. Francesca Cancellieri, appointed as deputy statutory auditor by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 30 April 2013 and drawn from the minority list, resigned from her role – as of today’s date – to hold other offices in the public administration.
