Milan, 13 June 2014 – Further to the issuance on 20 February 2014 by Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. (the "Company") of equity-linked bonds for an amount of Euro 80,000,000 due 2019, called “€80 million 5.75 percent. Unsecured Equity-Linked Bonds due 2019”, which became convertible into ordinary shares of the Company following the resolution of the Shareholders' Meeting of 30 April 2014 (the "Bonds"), the Company announces that starting from the date hereof, the Bonds are traded on the "Third Market" (MTF), non-regulated market of Vienna Stock Exchange.
