Milan, 6 July 2016 –Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. announces that its main subsidiaries have been granted new awards for a total amount of approximately USD186 million.In particular, KT-Kinetics Technology has been awarded by Rabigh Refining and Petrochemicals Company (Petro Rabigh, a joint venture between Saudi Aramco and Sumitomo Chemical) the Clean Fuel Project, to be developed in the Rabigh Petrochemical Complex, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The project value is equal to approximately USD148 million. The scope consists in the execution on an EPC basis of a new Naphtha Hydrotreater unit with a capacity of 17,000 barrels per day, a new Sulphur recovery unit with a capacity of 290 tons per day and related interconnecting works. The completion is expected in the first quarter of 2019.
