Rome, 22 October 2018 - The “Francesco Cavallaro” scholarship award ceremony took place in KT offices. The scholarship is entitled to Francesco Cavallaro, KT Project Director who passed away two years ago, after having worked with us for long time. The award consists of a Project Management Executive Master at MIP- Politecnico of Milano. Christian Tollemeto, KT Project Engineering Manager, has summarized his experience as winner of the Master last year, completed with a project work on modularization. He passing the torch to Olivier Herpin, KT Project Engineer, selected for the 2nd edition. He expressed emotional words to thank the Group for this sign of trust in memory of his mentor.

Pierroberto Folgiero, Group Chief Executive Officer, pointed out that, according to the ancient Greeks, the future is something that comes upon us from behind our backs with the past receding away before our eyes. Building the future through our past means reinforcing the sense of belonging to our company. The tool to nurture our common belonging is an enhanced communication within us (including also the new digital media) to engage every single colleague in the Group vision. Maire Tecnimont is investing a lot of efforts on that. Fabrizio Di Amato, Chairman and majority shareholder, highlighted that innovation is the key for the future and expressed his commitment to support the new vision of our Group in the global energy transition.

Our Group is focused to support young innovators able to change the paradigm: who will be the next Giulio Natta?
