Our Chairman Fabrizio Di Amato participated in "Meeting with Africa", the third edition of the Italy - Africa Ministerial Conference, which brought together in Rome on 7 and 8 October the delegations from about 50 African countries, representatives of The African Union and other major African regional Organizations, alongside Italian institutional figures such as the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Luigi Di Maio, as well as representatives of the economic, business, academic and third sector worlds.

This year, the event was part of the Italian G20 Presidency and focused on its three pillars, "People, Planet, Prosperity", also linking up with the partnership with the United Kingdom for COP26.

On 8 October, our Chairman took part in the "Shaping the Energy Future of Africa" panel, proudly underlining the importance of being alongside African countries, with which the Group has deep roots, in their transition to a more sustainable business model.
