Rome, 28 November 2013 – Maire Tecnimont Group, through its subsidiary KT – Kinetics Technology (KT), participated yesterday in  "Diversitalavoro", event sponsored by Sodalitas, one of the main Italian Foundation involved in corporate sustainability, offering its professional contribution to the issues of diversity and social integration.

The aim of the "Diversitalavoro" initiative is to facilitate the job placement of people with specific needs such as the disabled, protected classes and people of foreign origin.

KT team offered its counseling through guidance and training aimed to preparing users to a day dedicated to career forum. In particular, the activity consisted in a role play selection interviews to familiarize participants about the dynamics that take place during the relationship recruiter-candidate, through a practical experience of the simulation.

“It was an interesting initiative to encourage diversity at work” - says Veronica Morante, CSR & Internal Communication Senior Specialist of KT. “In this way, participants become more aware of their own attitudes, of their experiences, and of the ways to make the best use of their potential on the labor market”.
