Milan, 30 March 2022 – Maire Tecnimont S.p.A. - partially amending the 2022 Events Calendar already communicated to the public on 20 January 2022 - announces that the Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the Interim Financial Report as at 31 March 2022 will be held on 11 May 2022, instead of 27 April 2022, due to organizational reasons.

The date and time of the conference call and webcast with the financial community, following the Board of Directors, will be communicated in due course.
