Milan, 25 January 2012 – In conformity with disclosure requirements, Maire Tecnimont S.p.A publishes the following calendar of corporate events for the year 2012.

10 May 2012 | Board of Directors meeting to approve the Interim Financial Statements at 31 March 2012

1 August 2012 | Board of Directors meeting to approve First Half Financial Results at 30 June 2012

8 November 2012 | Board of Directors meeting to approve the Interim Financial Statements at 30 September 2012 |
Teleconferences/Webcasts to the financial community will be held following the Board of Directors meetings which approve periodical financial results; the dates and times of these presentations will be announced as soon as they have been scheduled.
Should there be changes to the above schedule, they will be communicated to the market in a timely fashion.
