Milan, 30 January 2018 – Maire Tecnimont S.p.A announces its corporate events calendar for the year 2018.

The company hereby confirms that, in light of Article 82-ter of CONSOB Issuers' Regulation No. 11971/1999 effective from January 2, 2017, it will continue to voluntarily submit an "Interim Financial Report", containing the same items of information included in past reports, as at March 31 and September 30 of each financial year, for the approval of the Board of Directors within 45 days of the end of each quarter and will make them available to the public via the company's usual methods.

Should the items of information contained within the reports be altered or in the event of a decision to stop making the Interim Financial Reports available to the public, Maire Tecnimont will announce its decisions and associated reasons, which will become effective the following financial year.

Following each Board of Directors’ meeting to approve the periodic financial statements, a press release will be published and there will be a conference call (audio-conference and webcast) with the financial community; dates and timing will be duly announced as soon as they are scheduled.

Any changes to the dates shown above will be promptly communicated to the market.
