Innovation is one of the most important pillars of our growth strategy. In 2010, we have set up the Maire Tecnimont Innovation Centre (MTIC) and also established R&D centres in all Group Companies.

The MTIC is a common platform for assembling a portfolio of patents across Group companies, while investing, leveraging and building on the competences and relationships already present in the Group. Through the MTIC, we leverage the expertise and resources already present in the Group by facilitating knowledge transfer and collaboration between Group companies as well as alliance and partnerships with other companies. Finally, the MTIC will foster a patent/know-how culture and establish long-term strategic partnerships with universities and independent research organizations.
