HSE Leader

For Maire Tecnimont, the health and welfare of the individual, the safety of industrial plants and the protection of the environment are essential corporate objectives.

The Group, prioritizing the prevention of accidents and the mitigation of environmental impact, is committed to providing industrial workplaces, services, and facilities that are compliant with the applicable legal requirements and the highest Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards, promoting safe work and environmental protection for each business area and during all phases of project execution, both inside the office and at construction sites.

The planning, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of an effective HSE Management System are the main levers for establishing appropriate HSE priorities and targets. The monitoring and control of applicable and legal conditions - including national and international laws, local requirements, agreements with authorities or customers, voluntary principles and codes of conduct - and the fulfillment of our clients' contractual requirements are also crucial, as well as those of all involved stakeholders.

The HSE Management System applies to the main operating companies ISO 14001 certified for environmental management and OHSAS 18001 for the health and safety of workers.
